Hey Refugees & Honey Bees,

We have some great news this week.  Hitting the newsstands today is The Bohemian’s Annual Best of the North Bay issue and we are very pleased to announce that Petty Theft was voted by the readers as the BEST BAND in MARIN 2011! Whooo Hooo!! Party Time!!

We are very honored and want to thank all of you for coming out to our shows, spreading the word and partying down with us. You’re the best!

Speaking of which, we were totally stoked about the amazing turnout we had this past Saturday nite during that miserable storm. You all made our headline debut at Last Day Saloon a huge success!  STUNG kicked things off with a killer set and we’re excited to have another show with them on April 1st at San Francisco’s Café Du Nord.  It’s expected to be a packed house so please get your tickets in advance. Don’t miss it!

Also, we will be making another road trip up the beautiful Mendocino coast to play another show at the CASPAR INN so if you know anybody up in that area let them know that PT is coming their way! Or better yet,  if you are feeling a little adventurous come up and party with us (lot’s of great bed n’ breakfast spots all around nearby)!

Hey folks,

We had a blast kicking off our series of shows with STUNG this weekend up in Sacramento at The Blue Lamp.  You folks in the Valley sure know how to have a good time and we look forward to coming back soon.

THIS Saturday, March 19th both bands return to The Last Day Saloon in Santa Rosa! This show is being presented by our friends at Local Music Vibe who will be there to party with us and spread the word on the local music scene.  Stung will get things kicked off at 9PM so get there early and enjoy the best of The Police followed by us performing all the best of Tom Petty and The Heartbreakers.

Hey Refugees,

We had a great time in Belmont this past weekend playing to a wild crowd at St. James Gate. Thanks to all of you who came down to party with us!   

This Saturday, March 12th, we are in Sacramento at The Blue Lamp to kick off a series of shows with STUNG (a most excellent tribute to the Police)

On the following Saturday, March 19th, Stung joins us in Santa Rosa at The Last Day Saloon! We are really excited about headlining there so please spread the word and help us make this show a big success!

Hey Honey Bees and Refugees,

We have some great shows coming up this weekend in both the East Bay and in Marin!

This Friday night we will be back at Pleasanton’s very own MAIN STREET BREWERY. Our shows there have really turned into a party scene with a packed dance floor!  Come on out and party with us!

On Saturday Nite we are finally back at the newly renovated GEORGE’s NIGHTCLUB in downtown San Rafael (formerly “New George’s”)… We were honored to headline their gala Grand Opening night last October which was a sellout!  This show is aready looking like it will be a big night as well.  Advance tickets are highly recommended. George’s Nightclub serves great food (come for dinner) and (2) full bars along with a big dance floor perfect for a great night out!  JOIN US!

Hey Petty People,

Just a heads up that THIS SATURDAY, 1/22, we will be back in the East Bay for another crazy all nighter at Dan’s Irish Sports Bar in Walnut Creek! We will be performing three sets starting at 10PM.  The shows at Dan’s are always a little adventurous as we stretch things out a bit and throw in songs that we have not played in awhile…it will be a rockin’ night.  See you there!
