We have a great weekend of performances coming up!

SPECIAL SHOW:   This FRIDAY 10/19 at The Mystic Theater in Petaluma:  We perform Tom Petty’s 1979 classic album, Damn the Torpedoes in its entirety.  This album features some of Petty’s most celebrated songs including “Refugee”, “Here Comes My Girl”, “Even The Losers” and “Don’t Do Me Like That”.  But, also fan favorites rarely heard in a live setting, such as “Century City”, “You Tell Me” and “Louisiana Rain”.

Prior to the live performance, there will be a special screening of the documentary film “Damn the Torpedoes edition of Classic Albums“… so get there early!After a short break following the performance of Damn the Torpedos, we will continue the evening with an additional set of all your favorite Tom Petty hits.   YOU DON’T WANT TO MISS THIS VERY SPECIAL SHOW…

SATURDAY, 10/20, we head back up the Mendocino Coast for another wild show at the CASPAR INN!  It’s always a good time at this fun, rustic saloon that also serves great food.  Plan your weekend escape, join us and relax in beautiful Mendocino!

Hey Honey Bees and Refugees,

We have this next weekend off but we have some great shows coming up this month….Starting Friday, October 12th, we’re back at San Francisco’s Red Devil Lounge.  Joining us will be one of our favorite tribute bands, Beer Drinkers & Hell Raisers (ZZ Top).  This promises to be a rockin’ night!  Tickets are available NOW here.

SPECIAL SHOW: Friday October 19th at The Mystic Theater,  we will perform Tom Petty’s 1979 breakthrough album, “Damn the Torpedoes” in its entirety!  This classic album contained some of Tom’s most celebrated songs and some of our favorites including “Refugee”, “Here Comes My Girl”, “Even The Losers” and “Don’t Do Me Like That”.  This album also includes songs rarely performed live by Tom Petty any more such as “Century City”, “You Tell Me” and “Louisiana Rain” and for you Petty Theft fans that means you get to hear several new songs performed by us!

Hey All,

“Who let the dogs out!!!” We did, that’s who!  We had a blast this past Saturday afternoon playing the annual “WOOFSTOCK” concert at the Marin Humane Society in Novato for the second year in a row.  A lot of money was raised through generous donations and the adopt-a-thon drive was a big success with over 50 animals finding good homes that day!

This Saturday, 9/22 we head down the coast to make our debut at Don Quixote’s in Felton (near Santa Cruz).  Tickets are only $10.00 and we’ll be rockin’ out two sets.  Please spread the word and help us make our debut a big success!

Surprise Show Announcement: This Sunday 9/23 we will be in Petaluma for the 4th Annual Rock for River Benefit Concert  (To benefit River Montessori Charter School) at the Lagunitas Brew Co.  We will play a short semi-acoustic set.  This is a great event with lots of great food, beer and music by several other bands.  Show starts at 1PM and goes til 6PM (We go on at 4PM sharp!)

Hey Petty Peeps,

We had fun this past Saturday night in the South Bay at Club Fox in Redwood City.  Thanks to everyone who came out to make our headline debut there a big success!  We also made a whole lot of new friends up in Sacramento at Crawdad’s River Cantina on Sunday.  Our Petty Theft t-shirts were a hot commodity up there and have been selling fast.  If you haven’t bought one yet, grab one quick before we sell out.

This Saturday, 9/15, we are back again to headline this year’s “WOOFSTOCK 2012” at the Marin Humane Society(MHS) in Novato.  Opening the show will be The Whiskey Thieves (making the show a bit of a “crime spree”)  Admission is FREE although donations made at the gate are encouraged and all ages are welcome.  Fun for the whole family!  MHS will be hosting their annual adopt-a-thon, so if you’ve been thinking about getting a new pet this just may be the day to adopt a furry companion!  Gates open at 1:30PM and show starts at 2PM.  We will be onstage performing from 3:30-5PM.
